We loved the spacious and clean room with a sofa and balcony. The owner of the hotel was incredibly nice and welcoming. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the stunning beaches in Golfo Aranci. We also appreciated the proximity to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The air conditioning in the room was good, and we enjoyed the nice little balcony that offered views of both sides of the sea. The breakfast had a good variety of continental and sweet options, and we especially liked the freshly baked mini croissants that allowed us to choose different fillings. The staff, including the cleaner, were extremely kind and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. We were also grateful for the early check-in provided for our convenience as we were traveling with small children. Finally, the hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for us at the lowest rate we had ever seen.

The elevator from the street made it easy to carry our luggage. The service was outstanding, as they allowed us to store our luggage even after check-out, giving us more time to enjoy the beach. The location was excellent, being only a 2-minute walk to the beach, with a supermarket downstairs. The friendly and smiling staff added to the overall amazing experience. The breakfast was great, especially the watermelon which was like a piece of art. We must eat it! The hotel even accommodated our check-in and check-out times when the reception was closed, providing exceptional service.

I felt like a queen at the hotel, enjoying a delicious breakfast and sipping on my favorite drink at the bar. The staff was friendly and the amenities were great. a delightful experience.

Oh, and who needs private parking or a decent breakfast anyway? Guess I'll just park on the streets and survive on coffee and pastries.

The room at Hotel Maria was super cozy and comfortable. I loved the air-conditioning, it kept me cool during the hot days. The flat-screen TV was a bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The private bathroom with a bidet was a nice touch too!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the soundproofing in the room. It felt a bit too stuffy for me, but I know some people might appreciate the extra peace and quiet.

I had always wanted to visit Spiaggia di Baia Caddinas, so I chose Maria for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the featured amenity of dry cleaning/laundry services. It made my stay even more convenient, allowing me to keep my clothes clean and fresh. Additionally, I really enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast served daily from 8 AM. It was a great way to start my day and provided a range of delicious options.

Central location, supermarket downstairs, walkable to beach and port, fast wifi, spacious and well-equipped room.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the beach which was perfect for a walk on xmas day. The view from the balcony was stunning, overlooking the sea was amazing. The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of items to choose from.

The room we were staying in was not very clean. We found stains on the beddings and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

During my stay at Hotel Maria, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modernity of the rooms. The air-conditioned room provided a comfortable and refreshing atmosphere. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short 3-minute walk from the beautiful Spigola beach. Additionally, there was a variety of amenities nearby, such as a wonderful restaurant called Rosso Pomodoro and a supermarket on the ground floor of the hotel. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, including fresh fruit, cereals, croissants, and more. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and free parking was available along the building. I also discovered the Spiaggia Bianca, or White Beach, which was just a 5-minute drive away. The main embankment of the town provided a scenic and enjoyable walk with views of yachts and seafront restaurants. I had a superb experience at Hotel Maria and would highly recommend it.

While there were a few minor drawbacks during my stay, they did not significantly impact my overall experience. One drawback was that the rooms and doors could have been better insulated, as I could sometimes hear noise from other rooms or from breakfast preparation in the morning.
